DIY Shower Favors

Love this diy idea, from Martha Stewart: body scrub, perfect for a spa-themed shower

Ingredients:

2 cups Epsom salts or organic cane sugar (depending on whether you want a large or fine grain)
1 cup carrier oil (grapeseed oil, olive oil, or sunflower oil)
8 drops essential oils (can mix and match or stick with one scent)
1 drop food coloring (match the scents you use--pink with grapefruit, for example)

You'll also need a pipette and canning jars.

Finding the Essential Oils: the following are common scents--

Eucalyptus (pairs well with lemon)
Geranium (pairs well with peppermint or lemon)
Grapefruit, Lemon or Tangerine
Peppermint
Rosemary (pairs well with lemon)
Star Anise (pairs well with tangerine)

Directions:
1. Stir together Epsom salts or sugar and carrier oil in a bowl, mixing well.
2. Using pipette, add essential oil, 1 drop at a time. If mixing scents, add the oil with the less-intense scent first, followed by the stronger kind, one drop at a time.
3. Add food coloring, and stir until color is even throughout. Spoon into canning jars.
