I just ran across a fabulous website for picking out jewelry for your maids--Chemistry Bridal. They don't have a huge selection, but you can customize the look by selecting the necklines, the jewelry pieces, etc. and putting it all together to see how the whole thing looks (esp. good if using diff. jewelry).
